Zoltrex Media provides performance marketing agency services including affiliate campaign management, search arbitrage scaling, media buying, tracking setup, and related digital marketing services as described on our website.
All service engagements are governed by a separate Client Agreement signed between Zoltrex Media and the client. These Terms of Service apply to website usage and general enquiries. Specific service terms, deliverables, and payment terms are outlined in individual Client Agreements.
Services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. There are no lock-in contracts. Upon cancellation, we will provide a final report and hand over all relevant assets, data, and account access to the client.
All website content, branding, methodologies, and proprietary systems developed by Zoltrex Media remain the intellectual property of Zoltrex Media. Work product created specifically for clients (ad creatives, landing pages, etc.) becomes client property upon full payment.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose client campaign data, budgets, or strategies to third parties without prior written consent.
Zoltrex Media provides performance marketing services but cannot guarantee specific results, as campaign performance depends on many external factors including market conditions, platform algorithms, and client-side variables. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
Our services are provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding specific outcomes, ROI, or revenue generated from campaigns managed on your behalf. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation if necessary.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
